We are building the biggest lever for social and economic change: diverse private company boardrooms. illumyn Impact is a 501c(3) on a mission to diversify the board ecosystem. Our vision is to unlock the social and economic power of those diverse board rooms. We connect CEOs, board directors, and our 100+ PE and VC partner firms with the independent board talent they want from our network.

illumyn Impact started six years ago as Him For Her and has since expanded the scope of the organization. Our organization was built from the idea that a highly-curated, yet simple dinner with a trusted host was the most natural way to help people create new connections outside their networks. Together with guest hosts like Scott Cook, Carmine Di Sibio, Robin Washington, and Eric Yuan, illumyn Impact also convenes roundtable discussions that extend networks for CEOs and current and aspiring board members.
